1. No Returns Policy:
– We do not accept returns on any products. Instead, we offer replacements for eligible items.
2. Eligibility for Replacements:
– Products must be reported as damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
– The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
– Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance items, may not be eligible for replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Replacement Process:
– Initiating a Replacement: To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at contact@appstra.tech with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
– Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
– Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
– Inspection and Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets our replacement criteria, we will process and dispatch the replacement within 7-10 business days. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price.
4. Order Cancellations:
– Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
– After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. However, you may request a replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective.
5. Exceptions:
– Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items, are not eligible for replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
6. Changes to Policy: ActiLearn reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
